Conditions of the GOLDEN COUPON + ŠKODA SUPERB competition

1. ORGANIZER

1.1. The organizer of the competition is the company Vasky trade sro , ID number 04779207, with its registered office at Lhota 279, ZIP code 763 02, entered in the Commercial Register kept by the Regional Court in Brno, section C, file 91852 (hereinafter referred to as the "Organizer").

2. COMPETITION

2.1. The competition is called "Vasky & Botas - Golden Coupon" (hereinafter referred to as the "Competition").
2.2. The competition runs from September 13, 2025 to September 24, 2025 inclusive .
2.3. The golden coupon promotion is running separately from September 10, 2025 to September 24, 2025 .
2.4. There is a separate competition for a car (Škoda Superb Sportline) from 10. 9. 2025 to 19. 10. 2025.

3. CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION

3.1. A participant in the Competition (hereinafter referred to as the "Competitor") is any natural person who:

• 3.1.1. has reached the age of 15 (fifteen) years at the latest on the day of placing the order; if under 18 (eighteen), has the written consent of a legal guardian,
  
  

• 3.1.2. has a delivery address in the Czech or Slovak Republic,
  
  

• 3.1.3. is not in an employment or similar relationship with the Organizer or a person close to him/her (Section 22 of the Civil Code).
  
  

3.2. Every properly completed and paid order from the website is included in the Competition. www.vasky.cz or www.botas.cz during the Competition.

4. METHOD AND PROCEDURE OF THE COMPETITION

4.1. Daily draw (13. 9. – 22. 9. 2025)
Every day, a draw will be held from orders placed and paid for on a given calendar day. The following will be drawn:

• 1 winner whose order will be free (the Organizer will refund the value of the order).
  
  Every day, a draw will take place on social media on the profiles @vaskyboots and @botascz (Facebook, Instagram), where the following winners will be drawn from the comments section under the competition post:

• 1 winner of a pair of shoes from the Vasky or Botas brand (at the winner's choice),
  
  

• 1 winner of a Vasky or Botas T-shirt (at the winner's choice),

4.2. Golden Coupon (10. 9. – 24. 9. 2025)

• A gold coupon will be randomly included in the selected order .
  
  

The holder of the golden coupon receives a lifetime prize – 1 pair of Vasky or Botas shoes for free every year on their birthday .


4.3. Skoda Suberb Sportline car for 1 year (September 10 – October 19, 2025)

A randomly selected order placed between 10.9. - 19.10. 2025 will be entered into a draw to win. Škoda Suberb Sportline car for 1 year with 20,000 km mileage.

The winner will have the opportunity to use Škoda Suberb Sportline car for 1 year with 20,000 km mileage.

The winner will be published on the profiles @vaskyboots and @botascz (Facebook, Instagram) and contacted by email or phone according to the order details no later than the end of October.

4.4. The winners of the daily draws will be published on the profiles @vaskyboots and @botascz (Facebook, Instagram) and contacted by e-mail or telephone according to the order details.

5. WINNINGS AND TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF TRANSFER

5.1. Winnings cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative.
5.2. If the prize cannot be delivered for reasons attributable to the Contestant, the prize is forfeited to the Organizer.
5.3. All tax obligations are borne by the winner in accordance with applicable legal regulations.

6. RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE ORGANIZER

6.1. The Organizer reserves the right to change, shorten, extend or terminate the Competition at any time, even without giving a reason.
6.2. The Organizer is not responsible for technical or logistical obstacles to participation in the Competition or for damages associated with the use of the prize.

7. PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

7.1. The Organizer is the controller of the personal data of the Contestants and processes them only for the purposes of organizing the Competition and handing over the prizes.
7.2. Contestants can exercise their rights (access, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, objections) by e-mail to info@vasky.cz .

8. FINAL PROVISIONS

8.1. The Competition is in no way organized, supported, sponsored or administered by Meta Platforms, Inc. (Facebook, Instagram).
8.2. By participating in the Competition, the Competitor confirms that he/she has read these Rules and agrees with them.
8.3. The prize is not legally enforceable according to Section 2874 of the Civil Code.
8.4. The rules and legal relationships arising in connection with the Competition are governed by the law of the Czech Republic.
