Botas Club je věrnostní program, který vás odměňuje za každý nákup. Za každou utracenou korunu získáváte body – 1 bod = 1 Kč. Slovenským zákazníkům se přičítá 25 bodů za každé 1 €. Nasbírané body vás posouvají do vyšších úrovní klubu, které přinášejí nové výhody a slevy.

Jak zjistím svou aktuální úroveň?

Přihlaste se do svého účtu a v sekci přehled uvidíte aktuální počet bodů a svou úroveň. Váš postup se neustále aktualizuje podle vašich nákupů.

Kdy získám slevový kupón?

V moment kdy se zaregistrujete, tak slevový kupón na první objednávku vám zašleme na váš email nebo ho najdete v sekci slevy při přihlášení do Botas Clubu. Pokud dosáhnete úrovně Silver a vyšší, kde máte automaticky slevový kupón na každou objednávku. Ty se vám vždy připíší do 12 hodin po každém dokončení objednávky.

Co se stane s body, pokud objednávku zruším nebo vrátím?

Pokud objednávku zrušíte nebo vrátíte, body získané za tuto objednávku se automaticky odečtou z vašeho účtu.

Nefunguje mi heslo, jak ho mohu změnit?

Pokud máte potíže s přihlášením, můžete si heslo obnovit prostřednictvím odkazu „Zapomenuté heslo“ na přihlašovací stránce. Obratem vám přijde e-mail s odkazem na změnu hesla. Po zadání nového hesla se můžete okamžitě přihlásit.

Jak dlouho trvá, než se mi přičtou body po nákupu?

Pokud se vám body nezobrazí do 15 dnů poté co vám objednávku odešleme, nebo v moment kdy objednávka spadne do stavu "Dokončená", kontaktujte naši zákaznickou podporu, která vám ráda pomůže případně body rovnou připíše.
