Mary slippers

We named the Vaska Mary after Tomáš Bata's wife – Maria Bata. This educated woman charmed Bata with her personality the moment they first met. She moved from Vienna to the then small Moravian town to stand by his side and became the first lady of Zlín. The name Maria also has several meanings, including the word "beautiful". Coincidence? Judge for yourself. These are leather open shoes that are handmade in the Czech Republic.
